Our client is seeking an Entry-Level IT Support Administrator to join their growing technology team in New York City. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career IT professional looking to gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise technology, audiovisual systems, and end users in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $75,000
Location: New York City (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support for end users across the NYC office.
- Support audiovisual equipment and video conferencing for meetings and events.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Office 365, and conference room technology issues.
- Coordinate meeting room technology setup and ensure all systems are functioning properly.
- Document support requests, issue resolutions, and IT asset inventory.
- Assist with preventative maintenance, technology upgrades, and special IT projects.
- Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless technology support.
- Learn and support enterprise platforms and workplace technology applications.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting employees and executive-level users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field).
- Internship or entry-level IT support experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Experience with audiovisual or conferencing technology is a plus but not required.
