About ONDO
ONDO is a venture-backed ethical apparel brand redefining the essentials category with a focus on comfort, quality, and purpose. We're growing quickly across the U.S. and Asia, and we're looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial Performance Marketing Manager/Sr. Analyst to join our New York-based team. We leverage advanced analytics and technology to create a business with greater growth and consistency than traditional consumer retail companies. The team consists of teammates located in both New York, Seoul and London.
About the Role
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager/Sr. Analyst to own the analytical and performance layer of our marketing function. This is not an executional role. You will operate as a senior individual contributor who brings rigor, strategic thinking, and a strong quantitative foundation to everything you touch. You will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities across our paid channels and website, building forecasts, running CRO experiments, and translating performance data into strategic direction. You will also shape creative strategy from a performance lens, working cross-functionally to ensure messaging and creative decisions are grounded in what converts. This role reports directly to the Director of Growth Marketing. If you are deeply quantitative, hold a business or related degree, have a strong grasp of financial and analytical concepts, and bring a go-getter mentality with a high standard of work, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Own performance analysis and forecasting across paid media channels, surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategy.
- Lead CRO initiatives across the website and landing pages, designing and executing experiments that improve conversion and revenue.
- Own website and landing page performance, driving a continuous optimization roadmap in partnership with relevant teams.
- Build and own performance forecasts and reporting frameworks that connect channel activity to revenue outcomes, giving leadership and the team clear visibility into what is driving growth.
- Drive paid media strategy across channels including Meta, Google, and emerging platforms, serving as the analytical voice for agency partners and internal stakeholders.
- Lead performance-grounded creative feedback to internal teams and external partners, developing creative briefs and ensuring messaging direction is driven by what is and is not converting.
- Own the testing and experimentation roadmap across paid channels, landing pages, and messaging, continuously designing and running experiments to drive incremental improvement.
- Translate performance data into clear creative iteration direction, ensuring paid creative is continuously refined based on what the data shows.
- Serve as a key analytical voice in strategic planning conversations, presenting data-backed analysis and recommendations directly to senior leadership and C-Suite to drive decisions on channel investment, audience targeting, and growth priorities.
- Own relationships with growth-relevant vendors and platforms, holding partners accountable to performance and ensuring tools are being fully leveraged.
- Generate and synthesize platform-level insights across paid channels, translating signals from ad platforms into actionable strategy for internal teams and agency partners.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or a closely related analytical role within a DTC or e-commerce environment, with a proven track record of owning quantitative work independently
- Deep command of performance analysis, with the ability to independently synthesize complex data sets and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience leading CRO programs, including experiment design, measurement, and iteration
- Hands-on experience with paid media channels and the ability to provide analytical direction to agency partners
- Experience developing performance-informed creative strategy, including briefs, creative feedback, and messaging direction tied to conversion data
- Deep proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, attribution platforms, or similar); thrives in data-heavy environments and can move quickly from raw data to insight
- Proven ability to connect channel-level performance to broader business outcomes and influence decisions at the leadership level
- Exceptional communicator who can align stakeholders across functions, present data-backed recommendations with confidence, and drive decisions forward
- Highly autonomous operator who does not need to be managed closely, thrives in a fast-paced lean environment, and sets the bar for their own work
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related quantitative field preferred
- Experience with a data analytics and attribution platform such as Northbeam or Triple Whale
- Experience with incrementality testing and lift studies, such as geo-holdout experiments
- NYC-based strongly preferred; must be able to commute to our Manhattan, NY office.
Preferred:
- Experience in fashion, retail, or DTC startups.
- Familiarity with Shopify Plus, GA4, or paid media reporting platforms.
- Exposure to creative production workflows or performance creative tools (e.g., Figma).
- Experience working directly with paid social agencies or managing vendor relationships tied to growth performance.
- Hands-on experience managing ad platforms directly (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) is a plus.
Expected Total Compensation Range: $100,000–$140,000 based on experience
