Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and charismatic Real Bearded Santa to bring holiday magic to our community! As a key festive figure, you will embody the spirit of Christmas, delight children and families, and create unforgettable memories. This paid role offers an exciting opportunity to spread joy, showcase your theatrical talents, and connect with people of all ages during the holiday season.
Responsibilities
Portray a warm, authentic Santa Claus with a genuine beard, engaging with children and families in a lively, friendly manner
Use excellent communication skills to create a joyful atmosphere and make each visitor feel special
Work closely with photographers to coordinate photo sessions, ensuring smooth flow and positive experiences
Demonstrate patience and kindness when working with children, addressing their needs and questions confidently
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the festive spirit throughout all interactions
must have your own Santa suit-
Qualifications
A natural ability to engage audiences with enthusiasm and warmth
Experience in public speaking is highly desirable
Strong communication skills to connect effectively with children and adults alike
Prior experience working with children or teaching is a plus
Ability to stand , walk or sit continuously throughout the day
A genuine beard that can be styled or maintained for the role - no fake beards
Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for spreading holiday cheer
