Non's Kitchen is a 4.7-star Vietnamese fusion restaurant in the heart of Anaheim's Platinum Triangle, steps from Angel Stadium and the Honda Center. We're looking for a reliable, experienced full-time cook to help run our line and keep our regulars coming back.
What you'll cook
Our menu blends Vietnamese classics with fusion favorites, including:
Rice plates (cơm) — shaking beef (bò lúc lắc), grilled and fried chicken, pork
Vermicelli bowls (bún) — grilled meats over noodles with fresh herbs
Noodle soups — phở
Appetizers — fresh spring rolls (gỏi cuốn), fried egg rolls (chả giò), fried cheese balls
What we're looking for
1+ year of cooking experience in a restaurant kitchen (Vietnamese or Asian cuisine a strong plus)
Comfortable on the wok, grill, fryer, and prep stations
Able to work efficiently during game-day and event rushes
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation; California Food Handler Card required (or willing to obtain)
Dependable, punctual, and a team player
Weekend and evening availability
