Lola’s by MFK is looking for dependable and hardworking people to join our kitchen team.
CURRENT SCHEDULE:
PART TIME LINE COOK
Monday through Wednesday
6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
DISHWASHER / PREP COOK
Friday through Monday
7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

PAY:
$17 to $19 per hour, depending on experience, plus tips.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred
• Must be dependable and arrive on time
• Must be able to work in a busy kitchen
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must work well with the team
• Must be willing to help where needed
LINE COOK RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Set up and stock the cooking station
• Cut vegetables and prepare sauces and ingredients
• Cook food according to our recipes
• Keep the station clean and organized
• Store and rotate food correctly
• Help clean the kitchen at the end of the shift
• Work with our senior cook and kitchen team
DISHWASHER / PREP COOK RESPONSIBILITIES:
Dishwashing is the main responsibility. This position will also help with prep and other kitchen duties when needed.
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
• Put clean dishes and equipment away
• Keep the dish area clean and organized
• Help cut meat and vegetables
• Cook rice and complete basic prep work
• Receive and put away food and supply deliveries
• Keep food and supplies organized
• Help bus and clean tables when needed
• Follow food safety and cleaning rules
