Personal Trainer – Small Group Training
We are looking to add a motivated, personable Personal Trainer to our team! This position involves coaching 1–4 clients per hour in a supportive, results-driven training environment. We work with clients of all ages and experience levels, so strong communication skills and adaptability are a must.
Responsibilities
Lead and coach small group personal training sessions (1–4 clients per hour)
Clearly demonstrate workouts verbally and physically
Adapt and modify workouts based on individual client needs, goals, and injuries
Create a positive, motivating, and safe training environment
Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
Accredited Personal Training Certification (required)
CPR/AED Certification (required)
Experience in personal training and/or group training is strongly encouraged
Ability to confidently coach proper form and movement patterns
Comfortable working with a wide range of fitness levels and ages
Personable, professional, and reliable
Schedule
Mondays: 5-8am 4:30 - 7:30pm
Wednesdays: 4:30 - 7:30pm
Thursday: 5-8am
Fridays:5-8am
Team Meetings: Wednesdays 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Additional: These are the main hours we are looking to fill. There are other hours available throughout the week.
