Come join a highly skilled group of machinists at our precision prototype machine shop located in San Marcos, CA. We have open positions in our milling department. This is a full-time, first shift position in a low-volume/high-mix environment. You will program, set up, and make your own parts complete. If you have knowledge in basic programming and editing and feel stuck in a production environment, this would be a great opportunity for you to move forward with your career! Qualifications Required:
• Experience setting up or operating CNC mills
• Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented shop environment
• Ability to lift 30–40 lbs regularly
• Desire to produce quality work and continue learning
Compensation & Benefits
• Pay: $24–$28/hour (entry level) | $30-$40+/hour (Experienced to Master machinist), based on experience and skill level

Schedule
• Full-Time, On-Site
• Day Shift (Monday – Friday; 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM)
• Overtime available when needed
