We are looking for an experienced Commercial Door & Storefront Technician to join our growing team. We are an Orange County-based commercial glazing contractor specializing in storefront systems, aluminum doors, hollow metal doors, and commercial door hardware.
Responsibilities
Install and service aluminum storefront systems
Install and adjust HercuLite (all-glass) doors
Install hollow metal doors and frames
Install and troubleshoot commercial door hardware, including:
Closers
Panic devices
Exit hardware
Continuous hinges
Locksets
Electrified hardware (experience is a plus)
Perform door adjustments, repairs, and troubleshooting
Read shop drawings and field measurements
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and customers
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience installing commercial storefront systems and doors
Experience with HercuLite doors and hardware
Experience installing hollow metal doors and frames
Ability to install and adjust commercial door hardware
Able to read blueprints and shop drawings
Reliable transportation and valid California driver's license
Able to lift 75+ lbs and work safely on ladders and lifts
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Able to work independently and as part of a team
