NOW HIRING – Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Representative

JEMSTAR Construction Services is seeking an experienced Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

For over 42 years, JEMSTAR has provided commercial roofing, waterproofing, roof inspections, and preventative maintenance services to property managers, HOAs, commercial building owners, and public agencies throughout Southern California.

Pay

$18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance incentives.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to property managers, HOA management companies, commercial property owners, and municipalities.
Schedule qualified appointments for our outside sales team.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain accurate records.
Build professional relationships with decision-makers.
Work with our team to help grow the business.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales experience.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional phone presence.
Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day.
Construction or property management experience is a plus, but not required.
