Warehouse & Horticulture Technician

Plantscapers is seeking a reliable, experienced, and hands-on individual to support our interior plantscaping operations.
This hybrid position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, variety in their day, working with plants, and being part of a collaborative team. The right candidate will have warehouse experience, a strong work ethic, and a genuine green thumb.
Position Responsibilities
This role combines warehouse, installation, and horticultural maintenance duties, including:
Preparing plants, containers, and materials for interior landscaping installations
Receiving, organizing, and maintaining warehouse inventory
Loading and unloading company vehicles
Assisting with interior plant installations at corporate and residential properties
Creating custom preserved moss walls and other specialty plant designs
Maintaining interior plants as a Horticulture Technician
Watering, pruning, cleaning, fertilizing, and replacing plants as needed
Providing professional and courteous service at client locations
Keeping the warehouse, tools, and work areas clean and organized
Ideal Candidate
Has previous warehouse, landscaping, horticulture, or plant-care experience
Enjoys working with plants and has a strong interest in horticulture
Is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
Is comfortable performing physical work, lifting materials, and being on their feet
Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills
Has a professional appearance and positive attitude
Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

*Competitive hourly pay: $22-$25 depending on experience
