We are a growing medical device company seeking a motivated, outgoing individual to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and taking on increasing responsibility. With the right attitude and drive, this position has strong potential to grow into a management role.
Responsibilities
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer support
• Communicate with customers and healthcare professionals
• Learn our medical device products and assist with product questions
• Opportunity to travel! Attend trade shows (approximately twice per year) to support customer engagement and networking
• Assist with basic marketing tasks and business operations
• Learn software tools including Adobe Acrobat and other company systems
