Behavioral Health Technician — Monday–Wednesday (30 hrs/week)
$18–$20/hour DOE · Cardiff-by-the-Sea (North County San Diego)

WHO WE ARE
One Path Mental Health is a six-bed adult residential mental health home a few blocks from the beach in Cardiff. Small team, calm house, real training. Our mission: treat clients with dignity, and train our techs so well they become the best in the industry.
THE OPENINGS (Monday–Wednesday, pick the shift that fits your life):
• Day/Evening: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Swing: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Overnight (NOC): 11:30 PM – 10:00 AM
Each shift is 10 worked hours plus a 30-minute meal break. 30 hours/week, bi-weekly pay by direct deposit.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support 6 adult clients in their daily routines, run one group a day, do wellness checks, help with meals and outings, and chart in our EHR (we train you on everything). Overnights: regular rounds, med counts, and keeping the house safe and quiet.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• High school diploma required; experience in behavioral health, caregiving, or recovery settings a plus — we will train the right person from zero
• Reliable, warm, calm under pressure
• Must pass DOJ/FBI background clearance (Live Scan), TB test, and CPR/First Aid (we provide the training)
• Driver's license a plus (client outings)
