Coast Remodeling Services is hiring an experienced, energetic Door-to-Door Canvasser to generate qualified appointments with homeowners throughout San Diego County.
We’re a local, woman-owned remodeling company with a solid 5-star reputation. Our services include roofing, exterior coatings, windows, patio covers, landscaping, kitchens, bathrooms, and complete home remodeling.
What You’ll Do:
Speak with homeowners in established residential neighborhoods
Introduce our company and services
Identify homeowners interested in improving their property
Schedule appointments for our project consultants
No estimates, presentations, or closing required
What We Offer:
Full-time, Monday through Friday
Weekends off
$25–$50 per hour based on experience and performance
Strong appointment and performance incentives
Training, proven talking points, and neighborhood assignments
Advancement into Canvass Manager or Home Improvement Sales
Management earning potential of $200K+
Sales earning potential of $250K–$350K+

Motivated by performance-based income
Professional in appearance and attitude
Experienced in canvassing, appointment setting, sales, or customer service
Able to work outdoors and remain active throughout the day
Honest and accountable
This is not a desk job. You must be comfortable knocking on doors, starting conversations, handling rejection, and consistently generating appointments. If you’re motivated, coachable, and serious about making money, we want to meet you.
