# Part-Time Dishwasher / Prep Cook

**Job Type:** Part-Time
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented **Dishwasher / Prep Cook** to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently while assisting with basic food preparation.
### Responsibilities
* Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly.
* Maintain a clean and sanitary dishwashing area and kitchen.
* Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
* Restock kitchen supplies and organize storage areas.
* Take out trash and recycling as needed.
* Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
* Support the kitchen staff with additional tasks during busy service periods.
### Qualifications
* Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
* Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Monday - Thursday 5pm - 9pm
Friday 10:45am - 2:30pm/4:30 - 9:30
Saturday 10:45am- 3pm/4-9:30pm
Sunday 10:45am-3pm/4pm-9pm
