Sales Reps needed for a busy construction company with experience.
(Home Improvement + Energy Efficient)
Location: Orange County
Schedule: Monday-Friday + Sunday. Must be flexible with hours.
Duties:
1. Provide quotations to customers for construction work.
2. Manage jobs from start to finish with subcontractors.
3. Selling home improvement projects to customers and closing deals.
4. Handle client calls and meetings.
Requirements:
1. Must have a car/driver’s license.
2. Able to do a lot of driving.
3. Experience in the construction field. (ADU's, Roofing, Kitchens, Bathrooms).
4. Experience in construction sales for at least 6 months.
5. Must have good time management and communication skills.
6. Energetic and quick thinker.
7. Good customer service skills.
8. Bilingual in Spanish or Hebrew is a plus!
Compensation: Commission with bonuses.
