Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a full-time position that requires regular hours, trainable, exceptional customer service, and punctual attendance. To perform this job effectively, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Must be Bilingual
• Answer phones, transfer calls and locate/page people as needed;
• Greet guests, have them sign in;
• Create shipping labels via UPS & USPS as needed;
• Keep Copy/Scanning machines stocked and well-functioning. Call for repairs as necessary;
• Maintain access to supply cabinet; Assist agents with printing/scanning/supplies/phone issues as needed;
• Manage/maintain phone extension lists;
• Maintain conference room & meeting schedules;
• Retrieve daily mail and distribute.
• Takedown mail and UPS shipments in a timely manner;
• Maintain front desk area according to standard;
• Call the building manager for any issues;
• Keep kitchen decent and clean;
• Call the shredder company when bins are full.
• Hourly wage with some OT at $18 and will be reviewed in 90 days.
• Any other functions per management.
Professional Experience, Education and Qualifications:
• 6 months to 1 year as a receptionist or in the mortgage industry a plus
