Kassirer Sports is run by a former professional Wimbledon tennis player, and has been providing youth with sports for over 29 years.
We are hiring athletic, energetic, positive, reliable coaches to teach in our 2026-2027 School year program. We provide 1 hour after school enrichment classes at elementary schools. Fall session begins in September and runs through early December. We are off for school holidays.
Enrichment Coaches will teach youth ages 5-10 at elementary school campuses in Anaheim, Orange, Tustin, Irvine and Laguna Niguel. We may also have classes in Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley. Coaches can work 1-5 days per week, and coach 1-2 classes per afternoon depending upon day. These kids are primarily beginners and our goal is to instill a love of sports while teaching quality fundamentals and important life lessons learned through playing sports.
Classes meet directly after school. Shifts range between 1.25 hours - 1.5 hours per school, which includes set-up. One hour classes typically run in the afternoons starting as early as 12:45pm, and ending by no later than 5pm. For example on Wednesdays you may coach 1:00pm-2:15pm at one school, and then drive to a nearby school to coach 3:15pm-4:45pm. In OC, coaches primarily coach 1 class per day.
This is part time work with a flexible schedule.
Requirements to Coach:
18 years of age or older
Have your own reliable transportation
Skilled athlete in sport you want to coach.
Positive, patient, enthusiastic demeanor
Energetic with the ability to be actively engaged with the kids for 1 hour
Punctual and reliable
Enjoys being around kids ages 5-10 and is confident in managing a group of 8-12 kids on your own
Clear DOJ finger printing with no prior felonies
We Provide:

Pay:
$30-$35 per hour depending upon experience: (1-2 shifts per day, Mon - Fri)
Coaches are hired as part time employees
Reimbursement for Live Scan finger printing which is required prior to starting
