What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate financial planning processes across the organization
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
- Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and integrity of financial information
- Prepare financial forecasts and provide analysis to support executive leadership
- Create and deliver financial performance summaries for senior leaders
- Partner with stakeholders across commercial, marketing, and operations functions
- Collaborate with global colleagues across multiple locations to support business goals
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 5+ years of financial planning & analysis within a biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, consumer products company where you are managing the planning and analysis for the commercial/sales group with a foundation in and an understanding of general accounting
- Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills coupled with strong systems skills, including financial modeling
- Proven experience working in a fast paced environment and changing deadlines and requirements
