Job Description:
We are a leading indoor cannabis cultivation company dedicated to growing premium, sustainable cannabis while setting the gold standard for operational excellence and regulatory compliance. We are seeking an experienced production line manager to join our team. This position requires at least 3 years of experience in production line management (1 year requirement if you are applying for supervisor) and the ability to take full responsibility for the operation and management of the production line. You will lead and collaborate with an efficient team to ensure the achievement of production targets and continuously drive team motivation and work efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Production Line Management: Responsible for the daily management of production lines, ensuring the smooth operation of production processes, solving production-related issues, and guaranteeing production quality and output.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the production line team, drive the team members' positive attitude and work motivation, and enhance the overall performance of the team.
3. Process Optimization: Analyze production processes and bottlenecks on production lines, propose and implement improvement plans to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
4. Production Plan Implementation: Based on the company's production plan, set specific production targets and schedules, and ensure timely product delivery.
5. Quality Management: Ensure strict compliance with quality standards during production, coordinate with related departments to conduct quality inspections, and ensure product quality meets requirements.
6. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production line employees to enhance their operational skills and team spirit.
Job Requirements:
1. Experience Requirements: At least 3 years of work experience in production line management, familiar with the operation and management of production lines, able to independently handle problems in production.
2. Team Leadership: Good team management and leadership skills, able to motivate team members and drive the team towards the set goal.
3. Problem-solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to quickly identify problems in production lines and propose effective solutions.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work with cross-departmental teams and ensure the smooth progress of production work.
5. Other Requirements: Bilingual in Mandarin is highly recommended
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
