**Front Desk Receptionist / Sales Associate at Elements Massage Spa**
We're looking for an outgoing, personable, and motivated individual to join our wellness studio team! If you genuinely enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and helping others, we'd love to meet you.
Our studio offers massage therapy, facials, and assisted stretch sessions. As a membership-based business, our goal is to create an exceptional experience for every client and help them make wellness a regular part of their lives.
**What You'll Do:**
* Welcome clients and provide outstanding customer service.
* Make outbound phone calls and send text messages to help fill our service providers' schedules.
* Build relationships with clients and educate them on the benefits of our membership program.
* Assist with booking appointments and answering client questions.
* Help create a warm, friendly, and positive atmosphere in the studio.
**What We're Looking For:**
* A naturally friendly, outgoing personality.
* Someone who enjoys talking to people and can make clients feel comfortable.
* Confidence when communicating in person, over the phone, and through text.
* A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
* Reliable, organized, and eager to learn.
Sales experience is a plus, but it is **not required**. We can teach you our sales process and help you become successful. What we can't teach is a warm personality, genuine kindness, and the ability to connect with people. If you're someone who naturally enjoys conversation and building relationships, you'll thrive in this role.
**Compensation:**
