Green Harvest Enterprises is hiring an on-site manager for a 60-unit apartment community in Escondido (Silverwood Villas).
This is a full-time position (40 hrs/week) that combines leasing, resident management, and basic maintenance. If you like staying busy and handling a mix of office and hands-on work, this is a solid long-term opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
•Show available units and help get them rented
•Process applications and assist with leases
•Communicate with tenants and handle day-to-day issues
•Follow up on rent and enforce lease terms
•Handle basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, fixtures, etc.)
•Turn units between tenants
•Keep the property clean and in good shape
•Clean common areas (laundry rooms, pool, etc.)
•Coordinate with vendors when needed
Requirements:
•Basic maintenance experience is required
•Bilingual English/Spanish is required
•Reliable and shows up consistently
•Good with people and professional
•Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
•Fair Housing knowledge is a plus (not required)
