Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the company's digital growth strategy for their DTC site
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue across digital channels.
- Identify new marketing opportunities, platforms, and technologies.
Performance Marketing
- Lead paid media across channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates, and other acquisition platforms.
- Own key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Optimize channel performance and marketing investment through data-driven insights.
Brand & Customer Marketing
- Partner with creative and merchandising teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Lead integrated marketing initiatives supporting product launches and promotional events.
- Oversee CRM, email, SMS, loyalty, and personalization strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
eCommerce & Digital Experience
- Improve DTC website performance, conversion, and the end-to-end customer journey.
- Ensure digital experiences align with brand standards and customer expectations.
Social & Community
- Lead social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
- Expand brand awareness through creators and strategic partnerships.
Leadership
- Build and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, retail, creative, analytics, and executive leadership.
- Manage agency and external partner relationships.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of digital marketing, growth, or eCommerce leadership experience, ideally within fashion, beauty, retail, or consumer brands.
- DTC experience required
- Proven success driving measurable growth for digitally focused businesses.
- Expertise in performance marketing, CRM, and omnichannel strategy.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills with the ability to translate data into business results.
