Shift Information:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Onsite Position!
- Pay range starts at $28+/hr!
- 12+ Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:
- Position is primarily responsible for providing technical support to patients over the phone, troubleshooting equipment issues, documenting calls accurately, and processing replacement equipment orders.
- Position will also be responsible for handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls while maintaining accurate data entry and protecting confidential patient information using established systems and processes.
- Position will be in charge of delivering exceptional customer service, multitasking between phone conversations and documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely follow-through on daily support activities.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service experience with excellent communication, active listening, and patience while assisting patients/customers is required!
- Strong computer skills, technical aptitude, and basic troubleshooting experience is required!
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and accurate documentation is required!
- Medical or healthcare industry experience is preferred!
- Bachelor's degree (or Associate's degree with additional relevant experience) is preferred!
