We’re Hiring: Enterprise Systems Engineer w/ Identity Governance Focus
We’re looking for an Enterprise Systems Engineer who wants to be part of something bigger than just maintaining systems.
This role will have a strong focus on Identity Governance, but we are not looking for someone who only lives in one lane. We need someone who understands how identity connects across the enterprise — network, security, compute, cloud, ITSM, access management, automation, AI, and service delivery.
In simple terms: identity is becoming the front door to everything we do.
As organizations continue adopting AI, automation, and intelligent agents, identity becomes even more critical. Before AI can safely take action, access data, or interact with enterprise systems, we need to clearly understand who has access, what they can access, what they can do, and how that access is governed.
We’re building a team that does not operate like a traditional IT shop. We're building a Franchise Team! Everyone has a position. Everyone has ownership. Everyone contributes to the win.
What I’m looking for starts with ATTITUDE!
Technical skills matter, but ATTITUDE sets the ceiling. We want someone who brings energy, ownership, curiosity, and a willingness to keep improving. Not someone who only points out problems from the sideline, but someone who wants to get in the game, help build, and continuously do cool things that move the organization forward. This position will help us mature areas such as:
Identity Governance and Administration
- Role-Based Access Control
- Access reviews and entitlement campaigns
- Lifecycle management
- Privileged access and security alignment
- AI readiness and secure access controls
- Enterprise system integrations
- Automation and process improvement
- ITSM workflows and service ownership
- Cross-functional support across infrastructure, security, and applications
This role is for someone who enjoys building, learning, and being part of a team that is trying to raise the standard. Someone who can look at a manual access request, a broken workflow, an outdated process, or a future AI use case and ask, “How do we make this smarter, safer, and easier for the customer?”
I'm not looking to fill a position! I'm looking to add to the roster! If you have a championship attitude, technically curious, coachable, and ready to help build the playbook, this "IS" a great opportunity.
