Facility Technician
Intersection Facility Services | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Join our team servicing commercial properties across the area. We're looking for a reliable, self-motivated Facility Technician who takes pride in their work and can handle both building upkeep and light maintenance tasks.
What You'll Do
Porter & Exterior Maintenance
• General cleaning: sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
• Restroom and common area maintenance and restocking
• Pressure washing of walkways, entrances, and exterior surfaces
• Glass, window, and partition cleaning
• Trash haul-away and debris removal
• Graffiti removal
• Assist with supply inventory and restocking
• Report safety hazards and maintain a clean, safe environment
Minor Handyman & Facility Maintenance
• Light bulb replacement
• Door hardware repairs (hinges, closers, handles)
• Ceiling tile replacement
• Caulking, patching, and touch-up paint
• Furniture assembly and minor repairs
What We're Looking For
• 1+ year of experience in commercial facilities, janitorial, or building maintenance preferred
• Basic handyman skills and comfort using hand/power tools
• Reliable transportation required
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; comfortable standing/walking for extended periods
Compensation & Benefits
• $22–$24/hr depending on experience
