Experienced Sales Representative — $20–$25/Hour + Commission
LexiconUSA is hiring an experienced sales professional who understands that consistent outbound calling drives results.
This position is for someone who is comfortable making a high volume of quality calls, following a structured sales process, and using proven scripts to improve performance—not replace sound judgment or real selling ability.

Demonstrated sales and outbound calling experience
Strong phone presence and clear communication skills
Discipline to meet daily calling and performance goals
Ability to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural
Confidence qualifying prospects, overcoming objections, and advancing opportunities
Reliable follow-through and accurate CRM documentation
Compensation
$20–$25 per hour, based on experience, plus commissions and performance incentives.
This is not a passive customer service position. We are looking for a motivated salesperson who understands that activity, consistency, and measurable performance matter.
