DISHWASHER
We’re on the lookout for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our friendly team at our casual dining restaurant. If you’re someone who takes pride in keeping things clean and organized, and you’re looking to get your foot in the door of the restaurant industry, this could be the perfect fit!
What You’ll Do:
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and in line with health and safety standards
Properly store all clean dishes and equipment
Help maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
Lend a hand in other areas of the kitchen or restaurant when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in high volume restaurants
Someone dependable and punctual
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player attitude
Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation: $19 to $20 an hour + Tips.
Position: Full-time; Part-time available. This is a tipped position.
LINE COOK

We are seeking skilled Line Cooks to join our dynamic team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. This is a tipped position If you have a passion for cooking delicious dishes and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented with high quality and consistency
Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to food safety guidelines
Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in high volume restaurants as a Line Cook
Proficiency in preparing and cooking items efficiently
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stand for up to 8 to 10 hours
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
Compensation: $22-$26 per hour + Tips (commensurate with experience and position)
