Creative Producer
Irvine, CA • Full-Time • On-Site
Build a Brand That Doesn't Look Like Healthcare.
At algorx, we're building something different.
We believe healthcare doesn't have to look sterile, corporate, or forgettable.
Every photo. Every video. Every product image. Every social post. Every campaign.
It should feel like it belongs beside the world's best consumer brands.
We're looking for a Creative Producer to help build that world.
This isn't a traditional in-house creative role where you'll receive a brief, complete a task, and move on.
You'll work directly with our founder to shape the visual identity of algorx, document the company's growth, and help build a founder brand alongside it.
You'll be trusted to create, challenge ideas, and influence the direction of one of the fastest-growing companies in modern healthcare.
Before You Apply
This is not a photographer position.
This is not a videographer position.
This is not a graphic designer position.
This is not an editor position.
It's all of those disciplines working together.
The right person is excited to brainstorm ideas, shoot photography, shoot video, edit everything they capture, create organic social content, and help shape the creative direction of an entire brand.
Some days you'll spend hours planning campaigns.
Some days you'll be photographing athletes.
Some days you'll be filming.
Some days you'll be following our founder with a camera documenting meetings, workouts, travel, or behind-the-scenes moments.
If you're only interested in one part of the creative process, this probably isn't the right role.
What You'll Do
- Own photography and videography across the company.
- Concept, plan, and execute creative campaigns from idea to final delivery.
- Shoot and edit premium photography.
- Shoot and edit lifestyle content.
- Create organic content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Help build our founder's personal brand through day-in-the-life and documentary-style content.
- Develop moodboards, shot lists, creative references, and production plans.
- Scout locations and coordinate shoots.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across everything we publish.
- Stay ahead of cultural and creative trends while creating work that feels timeless.
- Collaborate directly with leadership on creative direction.
Who You Are
You notice good design everywhere.
You're obsessed with aesthetics.
You're obsessed with brand.
You save references constantly.
Your Pinterest is full of compositions, lighting ideas, textures, architecture, products, and moments that inspire you.
You care about typography, composition, color, lighting, pacing, storytelling, and sound design.

You'll Probably Love This Role If...
You follow brands because you admire their creative direction.
Your inspiration comes from fashion, fitness, automotive, architecture, hospitality, beauty, and premium consumer brands.
You naturally understand Gen Z and millennial internet culture and the visual language of modern fitness communities.
You appreciate brands like Represent, BPN, Cadence, Satisfy, Bandit Running, Fear of God, Jacquemus, House of Errors, A24, and other companies known for exceptional creative, not because we're trying to copy them, but because they raise the standard for modern branding.
You enjoy building brands, not simply creating content.
