We are an electric scooter brand (https://cycleboard.com/) seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage our online order operations and customer care. This is an in-person position located in the Orange County area. You will ensure our customers receive flawless service from the moment they order until their package arrives.
Order Fulfillment: Process and fulfill daily e-commerce orders accurately.
Inventory Management: Track, update, and manage stock levels using Shopify.
Customer Support: Answer inquiries quickly via email, phone, or chat.
Data Tracking: Maintain accurate logs and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
Reputation Management: Help monitor and improve our online brand reviews (plus).
Social Media experience a plus but not required.
🛠️ Required Qualifications
Shopify Expertise: Proven experience with Shopify fulfillment and inventory tools.
Customer Care: Minimum 1–2 years in a customer support role.
Excel Skills: Strong ability to navigate spreadsheets and organize data.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional focus on accuracy to prevent shipping errors.
Local: Ability to commute daily to our local office.
Expected work hours = 30 per week
