Gentle Giant is looking for a passionate and dependable **Part-Time Prep Cook / Line Cook** to join our growing team. We are a chef-driven California café focused on fresh, seasonal ingredients and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

### Responsibilities
* Prepare ingredients according to recipes and prep lists
* Cook menu items accurately during service
* Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
* Follow food safety and sanitation standards
* Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries
* Work efficiently with the team during busy periods
* Help maintain a positive and professional work environment
### Qualifications
* Previous restaurant kitchen experience preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Strong attention to detail
* Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain one)
* Weekend availability is a plus
