Responsibilities:
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Quote/Invoice/payments
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Reply text messages, emails, social media platforms such as Instagram, facebook etc.
• Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual Preferred (English/Chinese)
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. copy machine, printer etc.)
• Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation
• High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
