B&E Plumbing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to join our growing team. We are an established plumbing contractor with multiple active and upcoming multifamily residential construction projects in Irvine and surrounding cities.
This is a full-time position for a motivated leader who can manage field operations, coordinate crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
* Manage plumbing field operations from underground through final completion.
* Supervise field crews and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules.
* Review plumbing, architectural, structural, and MEP plans to identify discrepancies, conflicts, and coordination issues.
* Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and ownership teams.
* Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project documents, applicable plumbing codes, and safety requirements.
* Maintain quality control and monitor productivity to meet project milestones.
* Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for project documentation, plan review, and coordination.
* Resolve field conflicts and coordinate work with other trades.
Qualifications:
* Extensive plumbing experience with a strong background in multifamily new construction.
* Proven experience leading crews and managing large-scale plumbing projects.
* Ability to read and interpret plumbing, architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
* Strong understanding of plumbing systems, installation methods, and code requirements.
* Proficiency with Bluebeam and Procore.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
