Schedule:
Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor pool and spa areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for residents and guests.
Verify resident access and ensure guests are accompanied by authorized residents.
Enforce pool rules, safety guidelines, and facility policies.
Monitor for unauthorized activities, excessive noise, unsafe behavior, and rule violations.
Ensure proper pool attire and compliance with facility restrictions.
Maintain cleanliness and order within the pool area.
Complete reports and document any incidents, violations, or safety concerns.
Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to enforce rules professionally and courteously.
Reliable, responsible, and attentive while on duty.
Prior security, pool monitoring, or customer service experience is a plus.
