Position Overview
Join a team that builds handcrafted furniture shipped all over the United States. Every piece is made in our El Cajon workshop using real wood and built by hand from start to finish.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Stable Monday–Friday schedule
No nights
No weekends (rare work on weekends)
Weekly pay

Learning woodworking skills
Building products from start to finish
Hours: 40 hrs / Week
đź’µ Starting Pay: $17.25/hour
🛠What You’ll Do
-Build, Sand, stain, paint, assemble, and package wood furniture
-Operate power tools (drills, impacts, sanders, drill press)
-Lift and move heavy wooden units (avg. 80 lbs; sometimes 120 lbs)
-Keep your workspace organized, clean, and safe
-Learn progressively—taking on more complex builds over time
What We’re Looking For

Woodworking or construction experience is a bonus—not a must
The Reality
This work is physical, fast-paced, and hands-on. There’s sawdust, stain, splinters, and heavy lifting involved—but it’s also deeply rewarding. You won't be stuck doing one repetitive task—you’ll be involved in building something from start to finish.

🔧 Resumen del Puesto
Ăšnete a nuestro equipo de carpinterĂa en crecimiento como Asistente de ProducciĂłn. Este es un trabajo práctico, de tiempo completo y nivel inicial. Tener experiencia es una ventaja, pero no es obligatorio. Ayudarás a crear muebles hechos a mano—como gabinetes para discos, mesas de centro y más—fabricados aquĂ mismo en El Cajon y enviados a todo el paĂs.
Horario: Lunes a viernes, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30 minutos de almuerzo)
Horas: 40 horas por semana

Lo que harás
Construir, lijar, pintar, armar y empacar muebles de madera
Usar herramientas eléctricas (taladros, lijadoras, prensas)
Levantar y mover piezas pesadas de madera (promedio 80 lbs; algunas hasta 120 lbs)
Mantener tu área de trabajo limpia, ordenada y segura
Aprender y mejorar con el tiempo—tomando tareas más avanzadas
