Total Expected Compensation: $75,000–$130,000+ annually (base + commission + bonuses)
AAA Auto Club is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and earning uncapped commissions, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
* Sell Auto, Home, Umbrella, and other personal insurance products
* Assist members and customers in identifying coverage needs
* Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, outbound prospecting, and walk-in traffic
* Cross-sell additional insurance products and AAA memberships
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
* Meet individual sales goals while maintaining compliance standards
* Build long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals
Qualifications
* 3+ Years Sales experience preferred
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer proficiency
