About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented sign installer to join our team. We take pride in the custom signage we create for our community, and we need someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and works well in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Preparing substrates, weeding vinyl, and installing signs
local installations and site surveys
Maintaining a clean and organized shop floor
Interacting with clients and managing order status
What We’re Looking For
Reliability: You show up on time and take ownership of your tasks.
Experience: previous sign shop experience is super helpful
Physical Ability: Must be comfortable standing for long periods / lifting up to 50 lbs / working on ladders.
Attitude: You have a positive mindset and enjoy problem-solving.
