We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Assistant to join our team, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have accounting experience, learn quickly, and be committed to maintaining a long-term position with our company.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial and business records
Perform filing and document management
Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks
Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
Qualifications
Previous accounting experience required
Knowledge of SAGE Accounting Software preferred
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
Position Details
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $21.00–$29.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4-hour shift
Location: In-person
