Job Descriptions: PACKERS: Packages Injection products manually, operates auxiliary equipment and performs quality functions to ensure product meets quality criteria. Follow all work processes implemented in the department, all safety and company guidelines as outlined in employee handbook. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS.....Ensures quality standards are maintained in handling, packaging and finishing of all products packaged. Comply with safety, operating policies, procedures regarding equipment, materials and finished goods. Operate auxiliary equipment: Hot stamp, Milling, Router, Sonic welder, Glue gun, Band Saw and Spin welder etc. Perform Multi-task jobs: Shrink wrap, Wine Buckets, DSPR6 and multiple machines. Ensures correct quantity of product per carton and proper packaging requirements are followed. Labels Cartons, W.I.P., or products accurately.
Job Descriptions ASSEMBLERS: Operate all equipment relating to the final assembly packaging of finished Sku’s to be sent to the Finished Goods Warehouse. This position demands accuracy in a fast paced environment with attention to detail a must! This may, at times, involve working in the Production WIP assembly area. Follows all work processes implemented in the department and complies with all safety and Company guidelines as outlined in the department manuals. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Operate all secondary operation equipment related to the Finished Packaging Line. Must be able to read and understand instructions for assembly and operating secondary machinery. Monitors all components used in the packaging process for defects. Separate and set aside any defective component. Performs necessary rework as required to adhere to packaging and quality standards.
