Hook & Anchor Restaurant is looking for a dynamic, high-energy Bartender/Server to join our team in beautiful Dana Point! If you love a fast-paced environment, craft cocktails, great food, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Welcome guests, take food and beverage orders, and provide recommendations from our menu.
Prepare and serve a variety of classic and signature cocktails, wine, and beer with consistency and speed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
Manage tables efficiently, ensuring excellent service and timely delivery of food and drinks.
Process payments accurately using our POS system.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen staff and team members to ensure a seamless dining experience.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Bartender/Server in a full-service restaurant.
Strong knowledge of mixology, local wines, and craft beers.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and a professional appearance.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Must possess or be willing to obtain valid Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certifications.
