We are seeking a talented and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team in Tustin. If you are passionate about quality fish, precise preparation, and delivering an exceptional dining experience, we would love to meet you.
Position Details
Role: Full-Time Sushi Chef (9-10 shifts per week).
Schedule: Weekend availability is required.
Primary Duties: Preparation of sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls; expert handling and processing of various fish.
Requirements
For Sushi Chef
-Minimum of 2 years of sushi, sashimi, roll experience.
-Knowledge of fish handling, knife skills, and food safety standards.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
For Roll Maker (Sushi Helper)
-Some roll making experience in Japanese dining.
