Outside Sales Representative – Fleet Accounts (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Location: Orange County, CA — field-based, you'll be out meeting businesses most days

You'll develop fleet accounts that keep sending us work — and you keep earning residual income on those accounts for as long as they're active and you're on our team. Land them once, get paid on them for years.
We're a 34-year-old Orange County collision repair company. We fix commercial vehicles fast and at OEM quality, so the businesses that depend on those vehicles keep them on the road instead of parked. Local ownership, lifetime warranty, fleet-friendly scheduling — an easy product to sell because it actually delivers.
We're hiring one outside sales rep to own fleet account development across Orange County. This is a hunter role. You'll be in the field, in front of decision-makers, building relationships — not behind a desk waiting for leads.
What you'll do
Hunt (your main job):
Build and work a list of commercial fleet prospects across OC
Visit businesses in person, plus calls, emails, and local networking events
Get in front of owners, fleet managers, operations managers, and office managers
Generate qualified fleet opportunities every week
Close and grow:
Present our fleet services and schedule facility visits
Turn first jobs into ongoing accounts through consistent follow-up
Check in with active accounts, resolve issues fast, and surface new revenue
Track:
Log all activity in our CRM and keep your pipeline current
Deliver a short weekly progress report
Who you are
You've carried a quota in outside, B2B, or territory sales and hit it
Cold outreach and the occasional "no" don't rattle you — they're just part of the day
You're a self-starter who can run your own territory without someone hovering
Organized, professional, and genuinely good with people
Bonus: existing relationships in the fleet world
Backgrounds that tend to do well here: Cintas, UniFirst, Aramark, ADP, Paychex, Enterprise Fleet, fuel card sales, merchant services, telecom sales, or any commercial/route-based service sales.

Compensation
We offer two structures — pick the one that fits how you want to work:
Base + Commission + Residual — steady floor plus upside and recurring income on active accounts
Commission-Only — higher commission rates and residuals for reps who want to bet on themselves
Either way you earn:
New-account bonuses
Commission on the revenue you generate
Ongoing residual income on active accounts (while you're on our team)
One important note on the numbers below: the dollar figures in "What success looks like" are revenue you generate for the company, not your personal pay. Your earnings are a share of that revenue plus bonuses and residuals. Top performers build a real recurring income stream over time.
