Hauser’s Patio is a patio furniture retail, service, and repair company. We help residential and commercial customers with outdoor furniture, cushions, umbrellas, repairs, and replacement parts.
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, hands-on person to join our team as a Delivery Driver and Warehouse Helper.
Position Summary
This is a physical, customer-facing position that includes driving a 16-foot box truck, delivering patio furniture, helping in the warehouse, receiving freight, assembling furniture, and assisting with basic furniture repairs.
The right person should be dependable, comfortable working with their hands, professional with customers, and willing to help wherever needed.
Schedule
Tuesday through Saturday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Safely drive a 16-foot box truck for local deliveries
Deliver patio furniture to customers in a professional and careful manner
Load and unload furniture, boxes, cushions, umbrellas, and related items
Assist with receiving freight shipments
Assemble new patio furniture
Assist with light furniture repairs and service work
Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Use basic computer systems as needed for order and warehouse tasks
Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries
Work as part of a team and help with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Valid Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience driving a 16-foot box truck or larger
Able to safely lift and carry up to 75 lbs. as part of regular daily work
Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers
Reliable and able to show up on time
Basic computer skills
Mechanical aptitude, or the ability to work with tools
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Previous delivery driver experience
Previous warehouse experience
Experience with furniture delivery, moving, assembly, or repair
Experience receiving freight shipments
Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
Good attention to detail when handling customer orders
