Limitless Horizons is a San Diego Regional Center–vendored agency that helps adults with developmental disabilities live as independently as possible in homes and communities of their own choosing. We're growing, and we're looking for compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals who want their work to actually matter.
This is hands-on, people-first work. You'll be matched with participants and support them one-on-one — in their homes and out in the community — helping them build the skills and confidence to live the life they choose. No two days look the same, and you'll see your impact firsthand.

What you'll do
As a Direct Support Professional / Community Facilitator, you'll work one-on-one with participants, helping them build essential life skills and stay active in their community. Depending on your strengths and availability, you may support participants in the following areas:
Community Facilitation (CFS) — meet participants out in the community and assist with daily activities such as medical appointments, grocery shopping, school, and important paperwork (like SSI and SDHC).
Independent Living Services (ILS) — teach daily living skills such as household cleaning, shopping, money management, and meal preparation.
Tailored Day Services (TDS) — support participants with job searching, education, transportation, and community access skills.
You'll also drive from one participant to the next as needed, transport participants to appointments (mileage reimbursed), and document each session accurately and on time on the correct forms.
Travel: This role covers North County San Diego. You'll work across areas including Carlsbad, Oceanside, and Carmel Valley, driving between participants as needed. Mileage is reimbursed.

What you'll need
High school diploma or GED
Experience supporting individuals with developmental or physical disabilities (preferred)
Valid California driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle (required)
Ability to pass a background check (Live Scan / DOJ) and a drug test
Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain it before your start date)
Dependable, flexible, and self-motivated

Location: South Bay San Diego (Chula Vista, National City) — in person, in participants' homes and the community
Pay: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience (pay may increase after training based on performance)
Schedule: Varies by participant needs and your availability; daytime and some evenings
