Zov's Bistro & Bakery is a beloved family-owned Mediterranean restaurant with over 30 years of culinary excellence in Southern California. We are looking for passionate, skilled line cooks to join our Tustin kitchen team. What you'll do
Prepare and execute dishes consistently to Zov's quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe station at all times
Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and plating standards
Communicate effectively with front and back of house during service
Assist with prep, storage, and end-of-shift breakdown
What we're looking for
1+ years of line cook experience in a full-service restaurant
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Food Handler's Card required (or ability to obtain)
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Compensation & perks
$18–$23/hr based on experience
