Manage daily operations, customer service, and garment workflows across two Orange County dry cleaning locations.
Responsibilities
Customer Service: Assist retail walk-ins and manage wholesale accounts.
Garment Processing: Inspect, detail-tag, assemble, and rack items with strict quality control.
Logistics: Coordinate with plants/drivers for timely order transfers.
Problem Solving: Resolve customer inquiries and order discrepancies quickly.
Requirements
Experience: Proven background in retail and wholesale dry cleaning service.
Skills: Strong knowledge of garment care, assembly, and racking. (SPOT POS experience is a big plus).
Mobility: Reliable transportation to cover both OC locations.
Attributes: Detail-oriented and fluent in English (Bilingual Spanish is a plus).
