Prepper / Painter Helper
Experienced in surface preparation and detail work.
Responsibilities:
Mask and protect non-painted areas
Patch, caulk, sand, and repair drywall
Power wash and remove old finishes
Prime surfaces properly
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Assist painters during application
Requirements:
MUST BE BILINGUAL(SPANISH/ENGLISH)
Experience with prep work required
Knowledge of proper surface preparation techniques
Detail-oriented and efficient
Able to work independently and with crew
Strong understanding of safety practices
Foreman / Crew Leader
Lead residential and commercial painting crews.
Responsibilities:
Supervise interior and exterior painting projects
Assign tasks and manage crew productivity
Estimate materials and oversee job planning
Ensure quality control and safety compliance
Communicate with customers professionally
Inspect completed work
Requirements:
Extensive painting experience
Leadership and crew management skills
Knowledge of coatings, drywall repair, and finishing
Ability to work at heights and rig scaffolding
Valid California Driver’s License
