Position Overview: As a Bakery Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a delightful experience. You’ll be the friendly face that greets them, assists with their orders, and provides exceptional service., while making some of Beverly's Bakery great desserts and buttercreams.
Responsibilities:
Deliver cakes.
Cakes can weigh in excess of 40 lbs.
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Most deliveries on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries
Make Beverly's Bakery products based on proprietary recipes.
Take orders for bakery items, including custom cakes and pastries
Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences
Handle payment transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized storefront
Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure timely order fulfillment
Address customer concerns or complaints professionally
Learn to decorate cupcakes, cookies and cakes
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling payments
Passion for baked goods and customer satisfaction

Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
