Ideal Candidates for Server
· 2 years of serving experience in a fine dining or polished casual full-service restaurant
· Level 1 Court of Master Sommeliers or WSET Level 1 preferred
· Food server responsibilities include ensuring tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive and maintaining menu knowledge with suggested wine pairings.
· The role requires candidates to be quick on their feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude
· We are looking for wine enthusiasts, food lovers and people who share a passion for working in a fast-paced, fun environment
· Lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
· Flexible / Variable hours / Weekend and evening availability
