Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO
New York City | Full-Time, In Office
$140,000–$165,000 Base + Bonus
A high-growth investment platform is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its Founder & CEO.
**You will be working alongside a team of EA's to support the CEO
This role is ideal for an experienced executive support professional who excels at managing complexity, building relationships, and creating structure in a fast-moving environment.
The successful candidate will become a trusted extension of the CEO, helping optimize time, prioritize competing demands, and ensure the smooth execution of daily business operations. This position sits at the center of the organization and offers significant exposure to senior leadership, investors, and key external stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary manager of the CEO's calendar, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is allocated effectively
- Navigate a high volume of internal and external meetings while proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and shifting priorities
- Coordinate interactions with executives, investors, board members, clients, and strategic partners
- Partner closely with a collaborative executive support team to drive efficiency across the organization
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, briefing documents, and other business communications
- Manage travel logistics, itineraries, expenses, and related administrative functions
- Track action items and assist with follow-up on key initiatives and projects
- Support both business-related and occasional personal requests with professionalism and discretion
- Act as a resourceful problem solver, identifying opportunities to improve processes and create efficiencies
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience supporting a Founder, CEO, President, Managing Partner, or other senior executive
- Experience within financial services, investment management, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, or a similarly fast-paced environment
- Outstanding calendar management skills and the ability to think strategically about executive time
- Strong business judgment and decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and highly resourceful approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Professional presence and a genuine interest in supporting senior leadership
