We are currently seeking an engaging and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our team as a Floater. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 6 units completed in Early Childhood Education, be at least 21 years of age, and demonstrate strong desire to work with young children (18 months -5 years). Our floaters help with ratio, breaks, and sub as needed when teachers are absent
Position hours are full time (preferably), or can potentially be part time if the hours of availability match the needs of the school.
Responsibilities:
- Teach children to communicate with others.
- Teach children using the right language.
- Educate young children on social rules, manners, and proper behavior.
- Help with toilet training.
- Teach early reading and writing skills to young children.
- Guide children in their learning process.
- Develop hands-on activities that teach while they entertain.
- Be a role model for children.
- Handle difficult situations calmly and appropriately.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
